TRACEY

I have been training with Adam for about six weeks, at 51, I am now lighter and slimmer than I have ever been in my adult life and feel better about myself than I have for ages. I used to hate exercise and to be honest I thought that "at my age" it was too difficult to lose weight.  I had tried just about every diet under the sun before I came across Adam. He constantly comes up with different work out's to make sure I don't get bored and keep progressing.  He finds ways to keep me motivated to stick to eating healthily and keeping up the workout's.  I think it is because you can soon tell that Adam is a really nice guy and genuinely cares about whether you reach your goals.


SOPHIE

In 4 weeks, Adam has got me ready for a 5K charity run in London this Sunday! I was never someone who would exercise, I'd never been in a gym, or even run, or certainly stuck at it. Having Adam there to help and encourage me has got me where I am today, so much fitter, and ready for my run this weekend. He is supportive, knowledgable, helpful and friendly, and I feel a true friend for life now. I'll certainly be booking more personal training sessions with Adam, true legend! Thanks Adam.

ANDY

With Adam's support I have lost 15kg over the last 6 months! Although I was sceptical at first Adam assured me I could do it following his programme. The results were a total shock to me because I had tried a few different aproches to get fit before trying online training. I now have a friend for life and a way of eating that is not restrictive.  I can have a life while staying fit. Thanks a lot Adam!
